This was fun. I was hired by a pretty cool boutique agency in Austin called Proof Advertising. It was also the first time I’ve used Source Connect – which provides real time, remote connectivity between my vo booth and any studio in the world. It was seamless! I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship, Source Connect;)
When we were done with the session, it was just as if I was in the client’s studio. All of my voice over recorded straight to their DAW, they had everything they needed, and so I left when the gig was over. That is AMAZING – because usually, if a client wants to listen in, they have to call me, and listen in while I’m recording to my own computer. Then, when the session is over, I still have to send the file over to the client.
